We are a small farm located in Morganton, North Carolina. Our family is proud to offer U.S.D.A approved beef and in 2013 pasture raised pork. I am a busy business owner of High Country, a Carhartt and more retailer located in Downtown, Morganton, NC 28655. My wife, Cindi is a math teacher. We are so blessed to have two wonderful boys. They keep us very busy!
We started raising our herd for us to consume and then all of our friends were wanting our beef and then our friend's friends and the rest is history. I farm and garden as a hobby on the side. We have 50 acres of land in western North Carolina and land in the Salem area. We rotate our herd between four pastures. We also have chickens and sell farm fresh, large brown eggs. Other products that we offer are: Pasture raised Pork, produce, beef jerky and honey. Please educate yourself about the differences in locally grown, grass fed, pasture raised animals while you visit our site. Thank you, J.R. Russell
